Ultor Mercenaries
The Mercenaries are a set of characters in Red Faction.
Description
The Mercenary unit is lead by none other than Col. Masako.
Mercenaries are better armed and armoured than all of the Ultor security forces put together. The Unit hired by Ultor is the last line of defence, and is considered an extinguisher of any trouble that crops up on Mars. They are hunkered down in the Complex, ready to obliterate everything at a moments notice. Not caring about who is who, the Mercenary Unit will kill whoever they can to squash problems, friend or foe.
Merc Commander
Merc Commander is the head of individual units when combating the enemy.
The Merc Commander usually wields a Precision Rifle or Rail Driver.
Merc Grunt
Merc Grunt is the most common unit, and are the first to appear after leaving Capeks laboratories behind.
The Merc Grunt usually wields a Flame Thrower, Grenade or Precision Rifle.
Merc Heavy
Merc Heavy is the units heavy weapons expert. Providing tough and, at times, explosive resistance to enemies.
The Merc Heavy usually wields a Precision Rifle, Heavy Machine Gun or Fusion Rocket Launcher.
