Leo is a member of the Red Faction and EDF intelligence recruit who appears in A Fire on Mars. He was an EDF plant that betrayed Dan Mason's group, ultimately killing Tyrell and attempting to kill both Dan and Samanya. He was then killed by Samanya with a headshot.
