Sergeant Silver is a member of the Commonwealth forces.
Description
He can pick a flea off of a dog's tail at 50 yards, so you'd better see him before he sees you. This guy is a sniper and uses a Sniper Rifle. Pick him off with your own Sniper Rifle, or use explosives for a quicker kill.
