Rocket Launcher

The Red Faction have modified this equipment to launch rocket-propelled grenades. It’ll be useful against vehicles, tanks, aircraft, and the occasional building. Just make sure there’s plenty of distance between you and your target when you pull the trigger.

  • Primary Attack: Fire Rocket
  • Melee Attack: Upward Bash
  • Pros: Large amount of destruction for a quick reloading weapon
  • Cons: Slow moving projectile
  • Recommendation: Get a few enemies to run into a building and then blow it to smithereens. Extremely effective against small to medium sized structures and vehicles.

Enforcer

The Enforcer uses heat-seeking ammo for superior accuracy. Shoot in the general direction of an enemy and the bullets will find them. The trade-off is in decreased damage, since some of the power behind the bullet is lost while it adjusts course.

  • Primary Attack: Automatic Fire
  • Melee Attack: Sideways Bash
  • Pros: Heat-seeking projectile that maneuvers in air towards a target.
  • Cons: Damage dealt is less than the standard Assault Rifle.
  • Recommendation: Got a few pesky enemies trying to run away from you? Fire a few bullets in their general direction and let the bullets get tired instead of you.

Assault Rifle

The Assault Rifle is designed to offer all the benefits of a full-length rifle in a compact design. It is capable of firing fully automatic fire and able to take down opponents quickly and effectively. This is the standard weapon issued to EDF soldiers.

  • Primary Attack: Automatic Fire
  • Melee Attack: Sideways Bash
  • Pros: Large clip size, fast reloads
  • Cons: Low level vehicle damage
  • Recommendation: Use this as your standard kill-all weaponry. Aim for the torso and head for maximum damage.
