The Marauder ATV only appears in the levels Must Go Faster & Air Support.
Likewise with the SHIVA Exo suit, Cultists have also thieved Marauder ATV and use them for their own war against the Red Faction
The vehicle itself appears to be heavily upgraded versions of old Marauder vehicles as seen in Red Faction: Guerrilla. On top of the roof sits a Turret which fires electrically charged bolts at its enemies. However these vehicles stand no chance against the Marauder Scout Walker and can be destroyed relatively quickly with the convergence laser.
