A Weapon Locker is where you can switch out your loadout of weapons and also get more ammo for your weapons without stopping at a Guerrilla Crate. They will always be at a Safehouse except for the 2nd Safehouse in the Badlands after the main base gets destroyed. These are one of the few indestructible things that you can interact with.
