The Fleetfoot Backpack is one of an unknown amount of backpacks which will be found in Red Faction: Guerrilla.

Fleetfoot Backpack
Description
When the Fleetfoot Backpack is activated, it makes the owner run faster and jump farther for a short period of time. The owner's feet and hands as well as the two tips of the backpack itself have a trail on them while the backpack is activated.
