Header/footer row for use in Template:Nb main.

Usage

{{nb header|content}}

Optional:
align=center, left or right (defaults to center if not specified)
footer=yes/no (default: no), turns header into footer
inblock=yes/no (default: no), whether this header is in a block (used in conjunction with Template:Nb block)
