L18S1 loads in as the game fades from black implying Parker is regaining consciousness after crash landing back on Mars after he destroyed the Space Station. Hendrix will message you to ask if you're still alive and let you know he sent a miner to guide you to the [[Merc_Command_Center| Merc's base]]. Follow this miner down the natural bridges to the floor of the canyon. The miner will lead you into a cave before being ambushed by a group of mercs. Deal with these mercs then continue down either path. There's a corridor right of the ambush point and one continuing further back into the same cave corridor where the ambush took place. Both paths eventually lead to the same place after loading into L18S2. | |||

Crash Site is the 17th level/chapter in the Red Faction single player campaign despite being labeled L18. It consists of three individual maps and begins with Parker waking up from a crash landing back on Mars after escaping the Space Station. Crash Site is followed by L19: Merc Command Center.
L18S1: Crash Site
L18S1 loads in as the game fades from black implying Parker is regaining consciousness after crash landing back on Mars after he destroyed the Space Station.
