IMPORTANT NOTE: Pure Faction is deprecated software! It is no longer supported, no further updates are planned, and it has been virtually entirely feature eclipsed by Dash Faction. Furthermore, the Red Faction single player campaign, as well as a number of custom mods and levels require Dash Faction to function properly (especially on newer computers) - they will not function properly on Pure Faction.
It is highly you use Dash Faction instead of Pure Faction in all instances except experimental/testing use.
Dash Faction Installation Guide
Downloading Pure Faction
- Pure Faction 3.0e is available for download from PureFaction.org
Installing Pure Faction
- Run the Pure Faction installer you downloaded, and specify your Red Faction root directory.
Running Pure Faction
- To play the game with Pure Faction, launch PFLauncher.exe (in your Red Faction directory), and click Launch Game.
